Shipping Options and Delivery Costs

Shipping estimates for most items are based on orders placed before 3 p.m. ET Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). Please note your estimated delivery date at checkout depending on shipping method selected.

Shipping Method

Economy (5-8 *business days) : Free on orders of $75+

Economy (5-8 *business days) : $7.99 on orders below $50.00

Economy (5-8 *business days) : $14.99 on orders from $50.01 to $74.99

*2-Day Air (2-3 *business days) : $34.99

*Next Day Air Saver (By the end of next *business day) : $49.99

*Next Day Air Saver and 2-day shipping are not guaranteed for orders placed after 11:00AM EST.

Please allow up to 2 *business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are not refundable unless you receive damaged or incorrect items.

Delivery Timing

Pending order verification and credit approval, orders should arrive as specified above. Kindly note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Your estimated delivery date will be shown during checkout and included in your order confirmation email. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Tobes and Pips reserves the rights to use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.

We do not offer international shipping and are unable to ship to US territories, PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.

Shipping to APO and FPO

Orders to APO and FPO address ship via standard USPS Military Mail and arrive between 30-45 *business days.

Expedited shipping is currently not available for orders shipped to APO and FPO addresses.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

Orders being shipping to Alaska and Hawaii with standard shipping may take up to 14 *business days for delivery.

Expedited shipping is currently not available for Alaska and Hawaii.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once your order is processed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
